Happy Sunday everyone! Phase II of cutting starts when I get back from vacation. What this means is I will be legitimately weighing out and tracking all my macros, trying to hit a caloric deficit. How is this different from my initial cutting? Well when I first started, I just started to "eyeball" food portions and eating less-and thus far have dropped 20 pounds. If you're diet doesn't progressively change as your body changes(gaining weight or losing weight) then you will plateau and not make progress. Goals with this part of the cut: drop about 10-15 pounds and get back to the consistent vascularity as seen here in this pic(from September). Hope everyone has a blessed day! Keep grinding💪🏻
