Happy Sunday everyone! Phase II of cutting starts when I get back from vacation. What this means is I will be legitimately weighing out and tracking all my macros, trying to hit a caloric deficit. How is this different from my initial cutting? Well when I first started, I just started to "eyeball" food portions and eating less-and thus far have dropped 20 pounds. If you're diet doesn't progressively change as your body changes(gaining weight or losing weight) then you will plateau and not make progress. Goals with this part of the cut: drop about 10-15 pounds and get back to the consistent vascularity as seen here in this pic(from September). Hope everyone has a blessed day! Keep grinding💪🏻

Sitting at roughly 192 lbs and feeling good. Currently have been dieting down from the winter bulk but not focusing too hard on being restricted but rather enjoy life. BUT...going to dial in starting after spring break and going to hit it hard for the summer 💪🏻! How about that arm pump on #flexfriday

Meals are vital! If you aren't eating properly or eating at all, you are just causing so much damage to your body, whether it be with organ functions, hormone balances, and muscle optimization! What works for me is too know how much food is necessary foods for my body to properly function and I eat foods that fulfill those roles. Get your nutrition in check, that's the most important part in progress!

I heard that the amount of faces you make directly correlates with the amount of gains you make😜 When exercising back(seat cable rows performed in this picture) I notice my muscles respond much better to high volume training. Incorporate a lot of repetitions to invoke the muscles of the back to grow!

Don't forget to eat your food boys and girls👌🏼! Diet is such an important part of a healthy lifestyle and progressing towards your fitness goals. If you do not know what you're putting into your body or not putting good nutrients into your body, your body will reflect it! Consistently I eat about the same thing everyday because I know what works for me and it is stuff that I love! Don't force yourself to do something because you WILL NOT follow through with it; find something you enjoy and stick with it!
